OUR FIRST VISTOR

Look very carefully before you click on to see our first visitor. (Actually he wasn't the very first but he is certainly one of the cutest).
You will hear a lot of noise in the background. Those are some of the nearly 1000 children who are pupils in the British school. They share the same property with the church. Our garden is small but very beautiful, surrounded by more and more high rise flats so we are quite overlooked these days.
Tomorrow maybe I will show you round the lovely house we are privileged to have at the moment. It was originally built for the first Anglican bishop of South America whose actual cathedral was in the Falkland islands, hundreds of miles to the south. it's a long story but very fascinating.
Our little visitor (one of the marmoset family of monkeys) is quite at home and comes up to the window to look in sometimes. There are actually five of them but one is a mum with twin babies which she carries on her back. The noise and bustle of the school children does not seem to bother them one bit.
